COST SAVINGS

de Poel health+care can deliver up to 20%

in direct cost savings and is ideally placed

to negotiate fixed pay rates across all job

categories. Standardising rates not only

delivers considerable cost savings but also

ensures the continued supply of high quality,

non-permanent staff. In addition our vendor

neutral position ensures we select the very

best and most appropriate agencies.

STREAMLINED ADMINISTRATION

The NHS and health and care sectors rely

heavily on paper-based timesheets and

invoices, resulting in unacceptably high error

rates. This is primarily caused by the incorrect,

manual input of data, creating a false picture

regarding the true cost of your non-permanent

staff. This conventional method adds around

12% to your agency service costs and, with

processing costs of circa £50 per invoice, the

true cost of non-permanent staffing is often

significantly higher than predicted.

Our proprietary web-based timesheet

and invoice processing system, e-tips®,

timesheets and invoices. e-tips® produces one

single, error free, invoice a week, allowing

Workers Regulations and Pension Auto Enrolment,

Agreement with your agency panel to ensure

you are operating to one standard set of

terms and conditions, ensuring your agencies

are performing against and achieving Key

Performance Indicators as well as helping to

mitigate the risk of legal exposure. We regularly

conduct agency audits to ensure compliance.

These include legislative audits, insurance cover,

internal processing audits, induction processes

and specific client support.

The e-tips® compliance function allows for

mandatory and non-mandatory compliance

items to be added to each job. The compliance

functionality can operate as a filter to ensure

you get the most suitable candidates available.

Our dedicated, on-site legal team monitor any

changes in the law and ensures that Service

Agreements are regularly reviewed in line with

new legislation. They also work closely with

clients, recruitment agencies and professional

bodies, offering their knowledge and expertise to

reduce the risk of litigation and legal exposure.

increase bank staff usage to the standards
