Dear Valued Owners,

By now, unit owners of Setapak Ria Condominium would have received

a notification from DBKL on the revaluation of the assessment rates fortheir respective units of which if there are no objections by the 17

thof

December 2013, it will take effect from 1stJanuary 2014.

On behalf of all 450 owners in Setapak Ria Condominium, the Joint

Management Committee of the Setapak Ria Condominium JMB will besending an appeal to the Datuk Bandar (Mayor) of Kuala Lumpur as

well as to the Jabatan Penilaian dan Pengurusan Harta (which is the

department that sent out this revaluation notice) to review and reconsideron the proposed revaluation of the assessment rates which will increased

the assessment rates significantly.

The Joint Management Committee will endeavor to obtain a moratoriumon the proposed revaluation amount and procure a fair and equitable

solution to all unit owners.

Please go to Management Office to sign on the Petition against the

revaluation of the assessment rate of your unit by Saturday, 7 December.
