Juventus has implemented a virtuous process in order to guarantee a constant and continuative support to all the JuventusAcademy partners worldwide. Through a team of specialized coaches/professionals (area Manager) each project is followed andsupported.
The technical guarantee of one of the mostsuccessful teams in football history. Wemake sure that in every Juventus Academyactivity the Juventus Method isimplemented in the proper way.
Support the partners and the staff in theorganization and development of theJuventus Academy activities is fundamental. A set of organizational and marketing toolsand a complete offer of special actions are atthe disposal of every partner to enable aproper development of the activities.
The formation of the coaches that take partin the Juventus Academy activities is a keyelement of the project. This is why theJuventus staff organize meetings andcourses to support the coaches in theimprovement of their skills.
Football is a key element of the project, butJuventus Academy objective all over theworld is to grow up youngsters first aspeople and then as players.
