Overseeing the planting and growth of local groups of Young Adults (17-24yrs). The groups provide a bible study, mentorship, and social community for the youth in the church. They engage with local charities and ensure the youth are connected into healthy communities of their own age.

Providing leadership development, event planning and mentoring. One on one development of group members, providing support with all aspects of life from family conflict to job

seeking. Involved in managing teams at conferences in Wembley Arena and the O2, being responsible for recruiting

young adults to the team and ensuring delegates are kept at ease.
