Problems and their Solutions – DATAMAGIC STYLE!

Problem: I have a lot of employees in my company and my HR department has trouble keeping track of trainings and

evaluations. What can DataMagic offer to solve my problem?

Solution: DataMagic’s internal programming and structure is designed so that when an employee record is created,

correspondence is sent to the appropriate constituents to assign training times. DataMagic will also automatically flag employee records at the cycle date of evaluations and send

notification(s) to the appropriate supervisor.

Problems and their Solutions – DATAMAGIC STYLE!

Problem: Suzanne, a small business owner from Iowa states “I have such an awful time remembering who’s still working for me and who’s gone… I have all these login’s with no one using them…

Can DataMagic help me??”.

Solution: Absolutely, Suzanne. DataMagic identifies when an employee is no longer on payroll. The employee record is retained for future reference, but flagged as inactive. Once a file is inactive, the login is disabled.

If you don’t love your DataMagic system, we’ll work on it till you do!
