Introduction
Problem description
XYZ Company used to maintin their employee details
manually. Which involved lot of manpower and unnecessary paper
work. Not only this it also led to many other problems such as dual
entry of employee system.
Other problem that exists in the current system is salary structure
according to designation. The calculation also includes generationof salary slip according leaves and designation.

System Study
Existing System with Problems.
In the existing system the rating of the employee is done according
to the KPA(Key Performance Area) of the employees. The
calculation of KPA points is done through leaves they have availed
and points they have points they have scored.
As discussed earlier the system currently in used is having lots of
problems. Such as
Dual Entry of EmployeesLots of Paper Work.Unable to Attain Proper Leave StatusErroneous Salary Structure Generation According GradeDifficult to Measure the Performance of EmployeesProper Rating of Employees is not Proper
And many other problems, which leads to discomfort in employees
and organization.

To eliminate all problems discussed in above System.
