PROFILE
User experience leader with 20 years of applied practice providing research and design within an agile methodology for highly complex transactional workflows. Leveraging executive intent and uncovering the unmet needs of users through research, I create user experiences that capture work flow, motivate users, and are easy to use. In the trenches, I produces detailed and comprehensive artifacts for engineers, product managers, and designers to help articulate information architecture and user interactions.
