Hand-on designs of user experience artifacts that lead to the consolidation and sunsetting of legacy applications as well as the improvement of revenue-saving employee workflow. 100’s of user interviews and brainstorming sessions which uncovered the unmet needs of users and resulted in the design of user interactions that directly resolved these unmet needs. Lead user experience practice for MerckEngage, achieving a Medical Marketing & Media award for Best Online Patient Relationship/Support Program. Created user experiences that directly resulted in improved therapy compliance, product preference and medication adherence. Lead the design of user experiences that directly resulted in the reduction of time to close on mortgages, the increase of mortgage application submissions, and the reduction of loan servicing calls.
