Our Affirmation for today: My blood flows easily and unrestricted.
Meditation offers us an opportunity to
access our body's power and wisdom to
heal itself.
Today's meditation will guide you into
creating healthy blood flow.
Did you know that: In Chinese Medicine,
the blood is believed to be related to the
spirit, since it comes from the heart.
New blood brings vitality to every cell of
the body, including the brain. Proper
blood flow is important for mood, and a
healthy Spirit.

Day 3 Concentration
Today's Affirmation: My powers of concentration are constantly growing stronger.
Meditation is about increasing your ability to concentrate and focus your attention, becoming

thinker, true power is gained.

Today's Affirmation: Everyday in every way I am creating more of what I want.
We are creators. We underestimate the power and value of our ability to create especially when
it comes to our own life.
We are manifestors of the highest degree and if we can align with our ability to create we can
truly change not only our life but our selves.
Today’s meditation is about helping you to let go of your past and recreate yourself now in the
present. Because that’s where your power lies, in the present.

Day 5 Heart’s Desire by Michele Bergh
I affirm that I am one with all the wisdom, power, and love that is, was or ever will be.
When you align with the energy of your heart it raises your vibrational frequency to a much
higher level, so you're not relying solely on your mind power.
This is important, as it opens the opportunity for a much more desirable result. All the power,
wisdom, love and goodness in the universe is within you, individualized as you.
The greater your acceptance of being one with the eternal energy that is within you and

Day 6 The Sanctuary by Meleta Ward
I am a spiritual being expressing and manifesting ever higher levels of consciousness.
In today's meditation you will create a sacred sanctuary and invite your guide to come in and join
you.
In that space you will connect with all that is and open up to a higher level of communication
with your spiritual counsel who is always guiding you and supporting you on this earth journey.
If you are uncomfortable with the term "guide" feel free to replace it with Guardian Angel or
God. The important thing to remember is that this is about creating a sacred sanctuary,
connecting with the spiritual realm and feeling LOVED.

Many times we set goals and then life gets in the way and the goal turns into some fantasy that
only happens in a perfect world. Subconsciously we may be sabotaging our efforts to create a
more fulfilling life.
We may have a limiting belief that we are not worthy or deserving of peace, harmony and
happiness. Today we are going to break free from self limitations imposed on us by external
circumstances, something someone said or did to us that is still affecting our ability to be happy
now.
The real truth, the only truth is that happiness is a choice. It is our choice. When we become
aware of unhappiness in that moment we can choose again. So today I invite you to CHOOSE
AGAIN.

Connecting with our soul can move us into higher states of consciousness.
It is by "remembering" who we are, a spiritual being, that brings us closer into alignment with

Meditation is whatever you desire it to be.
It can be for relaxation, rejuvenation, healing, connecting to your soul, love…whatever you
intend you can create in this space of meditation.
Yesterday we focused on releasing and letting go, today we will focus on embracing and
empowering.
Once again we are going to connect to your soul, your essence, that which is pure peace, pure
love.
If you find your mind drifting, gently bring it back to your breath. Your breath will bring you
home every time as Thich Nhat Hahn tells us. Your breath is your connection to the present
moment.

Many of us get quite drained from the business of just living day to day. Taking care of the
house, the bills, the kids or animals. Making dinner, shopping, laundry, caring and cleaning for
yourself, your partner maybe. There’s just always so much to do…so much to do.
But not today! Today we are going to turn that around.
Today we are going to create an ENDLESS supply of energy for you to tap into at any time
when you are feeling worn out or drained.

When our chakras are out of alignment physical dis-ease may present itself. It’s quite simple to
move your chakras into alignment through your intention in an easy meditative process.

Gifts I'd Like to Give to You
We are half way through our Meditation Challenge…how are things going for you? Are you
meeting your goals? When we began you had the option of committing to 3 different levels: 3X
a week, 5X a week, or daily.
Have you been able to make good on that promise to yourself? If not, that’s okay. Don’t be too
harsh on yourself. It’s never too late to get back on track and renew your goals and
commitment. If you just change one thing in your life you will be a different person at the end of
the year.
It doesn’t have to be a mind blowing change…it can be a little, teeny weeny baby step. So
instead of beating yourself up because you’ve fallen short of your goal, be gentle, be kind and
pick yourself up off the floor and begin again.
Sometimes not meeting our goals is about resistance. Resisting change.
Even if it’s good for you for your body, your subconscious mind sometimes sabotages your well-
intended efforts. So if you find your mind arguing with your desire to meditate planting negative
seeds like: This is a waste of time, I deserve to skip a day, or 2 or 5. My mind is still racing all
the time. On and on and on….recognize those thoughts for what they truly are.
Self Sabotage. Because you know deep down inside that creating a regular, consistent
meditation practice really can change your life, you will be happier, more well-adjusted,
healthier, calmer and that list goes on and on and on.
I encourage you to meditate with a friend or in a group. Be sure to check out my website for
group meditations that I offer. Watch for our Meditation Mastermind group that will meet
every other week through a live webcast.
We will become masters of our mind through group meditation. This is an opportunity for
support and accountability and to take your spiritual experience to another level.
Day 16 "Relaxation"

Sometimes we get so busy with our life that we can't hear that still, small voice inside of us.
We really do have a team of angels, guides and loved ones working with us to help us make good
decisions in our life and move us on that path that will lead to our highest good.
I love today's meditation because it not only allows us to quiet our busy minds but invites us to
ask spirit a question.
So if you are faced with a decision or uncertain about which direction to move in, think about a
question you might like to ask spirit and toward the end when I invite you to ask, be ready. Also,
know that if you don't receive an answer immediately it's okay. It doesn't mean that you have
not been heard, it just means to be watchful. The answer will show up later or unfold during the
day or week or month.

I am amazed at how many people have trouble sleeping at night. Did you know that 25% of
Americans have occasional sleeping problems and 10% of people have chronic sleeping
problems.
Not getting a good night's sleep can affect your ability to carry out daily responsibilities because
you are too tired or have trouble concentrating.
All types of insomnia can lead to daytime drowsiness, poor concentration, and the inability to
feel refreshed and rested in the morning.
Today's meditation will assist you in creating a new pattern of healthy, restful sleep. If sleeping
well is an issue for you I encourage you to listen to this recording at your regular meditation time
but also as you are falling asleep at night.
It will serve as a good reinforcement for creating that beautiful, relaxing state as you drift off into
a deep, peaceful sleep.
Day 18 "Good Sleep"
Day 19 Breathing Exercises with Anity Pzyski
Today's affirmation: I take deeper, stronger more relaxed breaths.
Animals just instinctively know how to breathe well. You don't hear them complain about
anxiety or stress.
Just for a moment today take a deep breath and relax into the energy of the animals.
I have two Yorki Poo dogs who are forever lounging around napping and I love to just snuggle
into their peaceful bliss even if it's just for a moment.
Today we are blessed with Anita's calm, relaxing voice as she explains that: "One of the best
ways to learn how to meditate and to control monkey mind is to concentrate on your breathing.
While you're concentrating on your breathing, that busy monkey mind has something to do.
Any time during any meditation, if you can't focus on the meditation bring yourself back to
breathing and just concentrate on the feeling of your breath going in and out."

If you want peace in your world it really does begin with yourself, in your mind. Do you beat
yourself up all day long in your head? Criticizing your every word, questioning your every
action?
No wonder why you're exhausted by the end of the day. You not only have all of “life” to deal
with, but you’ve constantly got an inner critic to handle. Your assignment today is to become
more aware of your thoughts and when you are needlessly beating yourself up. We do it so
automatically that this is really important, to become aware of what you are saying to yourself.
Are you being kind, and nurturing like a loving mother with a newborn child or are you being
cold and merciless like the bully on the bus.
The key to transformation is awareness and meditation helps to bring that awareness into our
life. It’s time to stand up and decide once and for all that living your life on auto pilot is not
okay anymore. The bully has to go. Now that you know better, you do better. So today is about
honoring the beautiful spirit you truly are with love and compassion.

Today is the perfect day to take a moment to honor and acknowledge all of the good things and
wonderful people we have in our life.
I am excited to share with you what I call a “POWER” meditation because it is filled with very
powerful affirmations that will create endless joy and gratitude.
Over the past 23 days we have been creating a consistent, regular meditation practice, whether
you are meditating once a week or everyday it is through discipline and consistency that
transformation occurs.
I want you to take a moment to feel gratitude for yourself and for your desire to want more in
your life, to want a better quality of life, and for taking the steps you needed to ensure your
success.

Day 24 Embarking on a Journey

Today we are going to embark on a journey. A journey of simple peace and relaxation. Today’s
meditation will give you an opportunity to get in touch with your body. I am going to use a
technique I call “Touch Points.”
This is an excellent technique to use when you are trying to fall asleep at night as a matter of fact
I use it practically every night when I am falling asleep. It kind of gives your body permission to
step out of the business of your day and unwind and relax. You simply go through all the points
in your body and tell them to relax, gently and easily. You can begin with your head or your toes
and when you’re done if you’re not fast asleep you can start all over again.
It feels quite wonderful and very simple to do. This is also a great technique to use with children
who have a hard time settling down at night to fall asleep.
Day 25 "Embarking on a Journey"

Day 26 Gateway to Spirit
Today's affirmation: I am a gateway to infinite manifestations of spirit.

There are many ways to work with the chakras and your subtle or energy body. From a health
and well-being perspective, balancing and clearing them as you did on Day 14 has a profound
impact.
In Kundalini Yoga traditions, the focus is on moving kundalini – or spiritual life force energy -
up through the chakras, from the root to the crown, so that you may experience a complete union
with Source.
In other traditions, each chakra is considered a unique gateway into Source. Traveling through
our 1st chakra we can experience a profound connection with our physical selves, through our
2nd chakra a connection to passionate creation, through our 3rd a merging with pure power,
through our 4th, universal love, through our 5th, authentic expression, through our 6th, cosmic
stillness, and through our 7th, absolute bliss.
As today’s affirmation reminds us, we are each a gateway into an infinite number of
manifestations of spirit. In today’s meditation, we will once again focus on the chakras, but this
time, try to experience each one as the unique doorway it is into the divine.

Today's affirmation: I am at one with all the elements of nature, wherever I am.
Spending time in nature is a profound & powerful way to clear our energy bodies & connect with
spirit. Each of the chakras in our subtle body is associated with an element from nature:
1st /Root– Earth
2nd
/Sacral – Water
3rd
/Navel – Fire
4th
/Heart - Air
5th
/Throat – Ether or Pure Energy
6th
/Third Eye – Light
7th
/Crown – Source
In today’s meditation, we will again focus on the chakras, but this time we will also visualize
ourselves surrounded by the associated element, enabling a communion of sorts between our
energy body and nature itself.
What is so powerful about this type of meditation is that we can experience the cleansing and
empowering effects of nature even when we are in our home, office, or car. Today, allow
yourself to believe in your ability to connect with these elements through the power of your
imagination, and feel it’s joyful impact.

Day 28 Stress
Today's affirmation: I can change my stress with my perception. Peace is a choice.
I can't believe we have journeyed through 28 days. I have learned so much (way more about
sound and recording than I ever wanted to) and am so grateful for connecting energetically with
all of you.
Whether you joined and just read the daily posts or started and stayed with me every single day, I
honor your desire to change.

Technically the psychological state for meditation is yin, calmness, focus, but no grasping, no
yearning, no aversion, no emotion, no analysis or trying to do something.
When you meditate today, allow the words to bring you out of thought but let your mind and
feeling nature be impressed with the soul energy that you need at that moment in your life - be it
peace, understanding, love, tolerance, courage, or whatever. Then experience the energy as part
