FOOD TECH NEWS: Half-Term 1

This half-term we have been busy in the Food Tech dept. cooking up a variety of delicious recipes as well as conducting some Food Science experiments. A highlight was seeing how creative the Year 9s were when given the task to design and make cartoon-themed pizzas. We had some great results as seen below:

We’ve also had Year 7s making Savoury muffins and Year 8s making Savoury rice; all of which they have thoroughly enjoyed….despite the lack of sugar!
