Hi tere.

If I could put pen to paper in one paragraph, it would be something like this. I understand the feeling of

desire to fulfil something of significance in life. I’ve always felt like I wanted to do more than just survive in life – I wanted to be a pioneer. And while mainstream teaching suggests it’s all about being the example for motivation to rise to any occasion, I have found that

aligning progress is more to do with adopting  “Calculated Creativity”, where individuals and

organisations have the space and the opportunity to be generous with their contribution. But we also

know that generosity cannot exist without boundaries, as generosity is only initiated when an individual steps outside the confines of boundaries and thinks curiously

about their purpose and work.

The more I research and experience this, the more I discover that leadership is more about creating a space

for people to be curious. It’s that safe place where people can grow and pioneer new adventures, the

genuine version of success, which is to be great at life. I’m bold enough to say that if you want to do anything

that is ground breaking, then we all need to think curiously. This is my passion.

Thin Curis – The inovatin of moder lederip “You will learn how to lead again, not from a beginner point of view, but different from anything else

you have heard on how to encourage people to think curiously.” – Faculty Coordinator, Griffith

University

You may have heard many things on the subject of leadership. The curiosity of what makes a leader tick was the inspiration of why I wanted to be someone that led with genuine passion and purpose. But

leadership goes far beyond the realms of “good leadership”, it’s about fostering creativity and provoking

curious thinking to achieve true progress in the work we do. It is intentionally giving people the structure

to engage them to be generous in their work, and to give a place for individuals to go ahead and break

new ground. There is no such thing as a ‘great leader’ - you either are a leader or you are not. To stay relevant in todays ‘global’ workplace, we need to work with intent and lead with a collaborative focused

resolve, to see the people we lead achieve progress that is brought about by curiosity and supported by a

community of genuine encouragement.

Pasin wit a pan - How to peronal enage pepe tog purose

“Passion without a plan, is just a feeling - wow what a light bulb moment it was for me.” – Corporate

Communications, Optus Australia

Some of the qualities we look for, not just in our leaders, but also in our employees, are integrity,

autonomy, creativity, innovation and passion. But we must bring passion together with having a plan -

because we inherently foster the feeling of false progress when all we have is a highly energetic

environment that lacks the opportunity towards purposeful progress. Utilising passionate, engaged people

can literally change your organisational world, but we need to map the journey to allow people to be

guided to a place where growth and new thinking is ‘business as usual’, and we utilise passion on purpose.

Perfect for:

>> People leaders, senior leadership who want to

effectively influence empathy, agility and productivity

through fostering passion with a plan to achieve

extraordinary progress.

Take away from this keynote:

>> Passion without a plan is just a feeling, but with a

strategy it can inspire new, ground-breaking progress.

>> In an ever-changing, uncertain global workplace, we

must discover how to bring meaningful progress and

stability to innovative work.

Calulated Cretivit – Brinin an atosere of generosit to te worlace “This is inspiring. To regroup, bring out the best work by thinking collaboratively and inspiring individuals to be generous through the process of their strategies.” – Learning & Development, Victorian Government

Structure is a great thing, as long as it encourages generosity. We have long heard about the thinking that structure is bad and autonomy is good. Autonomy is good, but structure is only bad if the plan in which we

monitor its progress is inflexible. Structure that nurtures, protects and brings a sense of community is a fantastic base for any organisation. It’s kind of an oxymoron to be calculated in creativity, but it’s powerful to

do so. Planning to think differently fosters an atmosphere of generosity, this flows through from not only being

an example, but also the notion that we walk together as one - each person with a sense of ownership and responsibility to see progress happen. A leader will inspire action and the individual will action innovation.

When this combination comes into effect, we see a revolution of new ways of work and collaboration.

Perfect for:

survive new demands from the global market and how

to make this a reality.

>> How to use new thinking in motivation to inspire

individuals to lead and forge new pathways of

innovation.

>> Discover why great culture is more effective when it

is viewed as a measure of personal engagement rather

than an strategic measure of organisational health.
