Like many Rockford, IL companies, Daley Design, was impacted financially negatively by the automotive market 2010 downturn. In 2015 local business leaders purchased selective assets of Daley Design and joined them with the abilities of two other successful companies, Spare Parts Solutions (SPS) and Duncan Company with the vision that leveraging the core capabilities of SPS and Duncan along with the existing assets of Daley Design a stronger company with the ability to quickly impact the market would emerge.
