Yrs 11 / 12 Presentation Night
Wednesday 20th November saw our senior students celebrated at the Yrs 11/12 Presentation Night.
A message for the graduating students was brought by Pastor Christie Blaikie from Oasis Church and a pre-recorded message from Dr Tony Buti MLA.
Awards were given for achievement in subject areas as well as the ADF Long Tan Award, the Caltex All Rounder Award and the Year 12 VET Award.
The evening finished with the Year 12s presenting a song and celebrating with Graduation Cake. Huge congratulations to all our Year 12s. We wish them God’s richest blessings as they start a new chapter in life.

A written withdrawal notice is required eight weeks in advance to end your enrolment.

UNIFORM CHANGES The board has decided to allow the following as a transition until 2022 for the new changes in the school uniforms.
HIGH SCHOOL 2020 & 2021 Both the current uniform and the new uniform will be acceptable until the end of 2021.
The following uniform changes will be compulsory from January 2022 and the old uniform will no longer be acceptable.
GIRLS: All terms current skirt and blouse. Ties to be worn in terms 2 and 3.
Optional: Ladies grey shorts and trousers.
BOYS: Current style shirts untucked will be acceptable in terms 1 and 4. A new styled shirt will be the only option in 2022.
2020 Years 7 – 10
GIRLS &BOYS: Compulsory Navy School Jumper to be worn with formal uniform for warmth. Sport Jacket to be worn with sport uniform for warmth.
*** PRIMARY SCHOOL 2020 & 2021 Both the current uniform and the new uniform will be acceptable until the end of 2021. The following uniform changes will be compulsory from January 2022 and the old uniform will no longer be acceptable.
2020 Year 1: Complete sports uniform only, faction polo to be worn on sports day only. Year 2: Choice to wear sports uniform or current formal uni-form. NO MIXTURE OF THE 2 ALLOWED ON THE SAME DAY.
2021 Year 1 & 2: Complete sports uniform only, faction polo to be worn on sports day only. Years 3 – 6: Choice to wear sports uniform or current formal uniform. NO MIXTURE OF THE 2 ALLOWED ON THE SAME DAY.
2022 Years 1 – 6: Primary school in sports uniform only. The faction polo to be worn on sports days only.

LIBRARY NOTICE Thank you to everyone for the efficient returning of library books throughout the year.
Once again the end of year has crept up on us and library borrowing is now over.
Please encourage your child to return their library books by the end of this week. All are now due.

The “Early Room” will be open from 8:00am and run to 8.25am allowing children time to get to class for 8.30am.

INSTRUMENT LESSONS:
We offer Voice, flute, saxophone, clarinet, piano/keyboard,
guitar, bass guitar and drum-kit lessons which are delivered
by specialist teachers during the school day.
