Kisumu Business Xchange Forum in conjunction with County Government of Kisumu

will be hosting a four day Western Kenya Agribusiness Investment Forum at the

Tom Mboya Labor College. This features representation of up to 16 counties from

across the lake region.

Talent Industry Ltd, Kisumu’s finest talents house is set to officially launch their company on Friday October 17, 2014, from 6pm to 9pm at the JET Sanctuary adjacent to the Kenya Postal Corporation Office opposite Telkom Plaza on Oginga Odinga Street.

Vybez Awards 2014

Vybez Awards is an event that

seeks to promote, enhance,

nurture and expose talents

among the youths within

western Kenya through

awarding prizes on various

categories of artistic genre.

The event is held annually with a

goal of producing national

and international stars from

this region.

Kisumu Arts Festival

The Kisumu Art Festival happened at

the tail end of September.

It saw people from all over the place -

including Nairobi, come together for

the love of art.

With good music, crazy company, kids

having a blast, tattoos being given

on site, The Deputy Governor Hon.

Ruth Odinga gracing the event,

friends and family all in one

place...this was the true expression

of what Kisumu is.

All this plus the breathtaking view from

the lake made this the perfect event.

Updates: Acacia Hotel and Pride Inn Hotel

A new luxury and business international 4 star hotel is due to open in the lakeside city of Kisumu. Being the first ever 4 star in Western Kenya, Acacia Hotel is expected to fill the current gap in luxury and business hotel accommodation, raise the region’s hospitality benchmark and attract more tourists to visit Kenya through their stay in the new landmark property.
