Warranty Policy

WARRANTY POLICY

We, “DAEJU CONTROL” warrant its products against defects in manufacturing, if the products are used for the purpose

for which they are manufactured and sold.

This warranty is void in the event that product failure results from acts or omissions of persons other than “DAEJU

CONTROL”, or from accident or abuse , misuse or misapplication of the product

WARRANTY PERIOD : 18 MONTHS from the date of the shipment

WARRANTY COVERS

FREE SERVICE

• We, “DAEJU CONTROL “ Shall cover failure caused by mechanical defects

• Failures that occur in normal handling conditions shall be repaired free of charge within warranty period

PAID SERVICE

• Failures due to negligence by the operator

• In case user performed arbitrarily to disassemble , repair or alter

• Damages caused by natural disaster ( Fire,Flood, Earthquake, Lightning, etc. )

• Replacing consumables

*** Repair charge is USD1200 per day each repair man

Round-trip airfare, accommodation, food, transportation , etc. for repair man should be paid
