The 30-Day Coaching Program provides a dynamic month of coaching designed to help executives push through the obstacles keeping them from achieving their most important goals. This program will help to establish specific action steps, pre-identify obstacles and stay accountable to your new plan. This program includes:
•EQ-I Assessment, & Summary•A Personal One-on-One Professional Coach• Written Coaching Agreement•One Face-to-Face Coaching Session•Three 30-minute Coaching Calls per month•Unlimited Email support
Mastermind or Executive Improvement Coaching
Single coaching sessions
Individual coaching sessions may be initiated by the organization to help an executive make needed improvements or be self-requested. They provide a forum to discuss improvement and development goals, brainstorm action steps, identify obstacles and implement an accelerated plan. If requested, theBar-On Emotional Quotient Inventory is administered first to help executives identify areas that may need improvement.

Our 90-Day Coaching Program provides an intense 3-month coaching experience designed for corporations and executives who wish to achieve and maintain significant change and development. This program also features one additional coaching session each month which heightens accountability and focus. This program includes:

Coaching Story #1: A new department head “inherits” a challenging team.
Intervention: Address team’s non-compliance, coach talented but struggling department head to develop better communication, use more effective discipline and cultivate needed professional skills.

Coaching Story #3: Manager struggles to lead a difficult, complex team.
Intervention: Meet with team, consult with H.R. to determine if best to coach or replace manager. In this case, difficult decision was made to remove leader as skill set did not match what was needed for the critical position.
