• Half our time is spent developing you and your team, as leaders and stewards. I use multiple assessment tools (Emergenetics, Spiral Dynamics, Campbell Leadership Index) and team building techniques as a portion of this process.
• The other half our time applies these new skills to your most vexing challenges: leading companies through the early stages of growth, pre/post-acquisition planning and integration, entering adjacent markets, leading cultural change initiatives, transitioning technology to product, IT integration projects and rapidly maturing processes.
