The program journeyA 12-month 4-stage journey that includes an intensive diagnostic analysis of the entire business model, and a programmed series of mentoring engagements aimed at embedding design thinking and practices. Focused on the senior management team of individual companies, and carried out on site, it is delivered by a team of three highly experienced design and business analysts and mentors.
Who pays for itThe State Government contributes $70K to funding the diagnostic and mentoring. Participants are required to contribute $9K to mentoring.
