This is Svíčková na smetaně / Sirlion in Sour Cream Sauce .
Svíčková
It is a special dish in the Czech Republic
It´s made of beef, root vegetables (carrots, parsley roots, celeriac )
We eat it with dumplings, whipped cream topping and cranberries
We roast it We cook it
and
at the end it should look like this......
