T H E P R O C E S S - T I M E 6 - 7 M O N T H S
We will work closely with you to advice
on the best programme for you and / or
your fsmily,. Once you have decided on
Cyprus and retained our serrvices we
are ready to start planning and collect-
ing documents for the application.
Following your appointment for Bio-
metrics and after the reciept of the
investment monies into the approved
account your Permenent Residency
Cards will be issued within 7 days and
either couriered to you or delivered in
person where possible. These cards al-
low you permenant access to Cyprus.
We usually advise planning the tour ap-
proximately 3 weeks ahead to allow for a
well designed real estate programme to
be planned and also importnatly for ap-
pointments to made with Government
for Biometric readings to be taken..
Approximately 12 weeks later and fol-
lowing du-diligence and background
checks your application for citizenship
will be approved and Certificates of
Naturlisation will be issued.
The 3 -5 day tour will allow you if you
wish to slect the most suitable prop-
erty for your needs and to sign a res-
ervation aggreement to hold the prop-
erty. Following meeting with Cypriot
lawyers we will also attend the Courts
and record Biometrics.
Exactly 6 months from the day that your
biometric PR cards were issued your
passport approval will be authorised
and your new Cypriot passports will be
ready for collection in Cyprus. You must
attend in person.

If you already have a valid ‘Schengen Visa’ then we can

Lemesos is Cyprus’ most vibrant city.
Fringed on its eastern edge by modern
developments, the core is full of char-
acter. Wrapped around a castle, the
historic centre radiates out in a web of

Ktima, the old centre of Pafos, is overall a calmer place, where locals
go about their daily life as they have for decades. Its neighbour-
hoods are culturally rich, with handsome colonial buildings that
house government institutions and many of the town’s museums.
Kato Pafos is geared towards tourists, with bars and souvenir
shops lining the palm-fringed seafront. Dive into the backstreets to
discover historic gems such as medieval baths, catacombs and a
simple fishermen’s church. But the grand-slam sight is one of the
South’s richest archaeological locales, the Pafos Archaeological
Site, just one reason the city was awarded joint European Capital of
Culture in 2017. Standing here, surrounded by acres of history and
fields of wild flowers, feels a world away from the busy resort just
beyond the entrance.
