WHAT’S INTHE NAMEThe name Pavé [pa-vey] originates from the event, Paris-Roubaix. The sections

of granite cobble stones cover the roads that snake through the farmlands of

northern France. The treacherous pavé sectors can break even the hardest of

riders.

This brutal terrain was the inspiration behind the Pavé apparel range, which

focuses on ultimate comfort to ensure athletes can focus on the finish line.

We specialise in custom cycling and triathlon clothing and strive to bring you

premium apparel. Every product undergoes a 7-week research and development

process to ensure the highest quality clothing. We give attention to the smallest

detail of every garment.

ORDER PROCESS

OVERVIEW

• All custom orders have a minimum order quantity of 15 pc per style

• Price breaks come at 51 – 100, 100+

• Credit card payments using Visa, MasterCard are accepted with a credit card authorization form or online through our storefront. EFT is preferred

• Allow 2 weeks for art creation

• Production will begin once art is finalised, quote is approved and a deposit has been made

• Turnaround is 4-6 weeks

• Reorder minimum with the same art is 20pc per style

DESIGN INFORMATION

• Pavé will provide artwork with up to three revisions

• All sponsor logos must be provided by the customer

• For best results, please provide vector-based

EPSfiles with fonts converted to outlines and Pantone colors.

Hi res JPEGs (300dpi), TIFFs and PDFs will be accepted.

• Allow 2 weeks for art creation

• Pre-designed templates can be provided for design assistance

FIT KITS

Fit Kit samples can be provided at the request of the customer to allow the team to try on the apparel and select appropriate sizes. The Fit Kit samples will be shipped out at no-charge by Pavé and the customer is responsible for the return shipment. Authorised credit card information will be collected from the customer and held for a 30-day period. Any samples unreturned at the end of the 30-day period will be charged to the credit card on file.

ORDER PROCESSOPTION 1: TEAM STORE

Team store is intended for each team member to individually place orders, pay, and customize shipping needs. The online store will allow the team store manager to manage art, design, and approval processes. You can pre-determine the amount of time the team store is open to collect orders.

• Contact Pavé to initiate the set-up of an online store, R1500 deposit required.

• Once design is approved, the team store opens for purchases.

• After the store is closed, production will begin Turnaround is 4-6 weeks.

• Product will ship to team members once production is complete.

OPTION 2: BULK ORDERS

Bulk ordering allows one individual to place orders, pay, and customize shipping needs for the entire team.

• Contact Pavé to initiate the set-up of an online store. R1500 deposit required.

• 70% payment to place order

• Production will begin once art is finalized, quote is approved and a deposit has been made. Turnaround is 4-6 weeks.
