SDSPL’s CP Plant is equipped with two lines of continuous polymerization. The design and

technology has been provided by Huitong Chemical Ltd, China and the technology used is

Zimmer. SDSPL now runs the plant with optimum utilization of design capacity by in-house

modifications to obtain consistent quality product. This has enabled SDSPL to maintain high

conversion rate and consistently provide high polymer quality in meeting varied and stringent

customer requirements.

Polyester Fully Drawn YarnWe have two FDY plant, design and technology by TMT & Teijin Seiki of Japan. The state of

art machinery coupled with manufacturing expertise, SDSPL produces the best quality yarns

in the industry in an efficient and cost-effective manner. The fabric manufactured from

these yarns are typically used for garments, sportswear, and widely used in the furnishings

industry for host of products.
