I’m Jay. Hurley. I live in the historic market town of Diss in South Norfolk. It’s a stunning place to cycle, live, work and play whilst enjoying all that nature has to offer. Maybe you’ll visit some time soon?

When I’m not teaching people to cycle, consulting with business on travel plan management, working with schools, local authorities, the Police and repairing and maintaining my clients bikes, I volunteer my time in the local community.

I am a Town Councillor, Chair of The Friends of Diss Park and Open Spaces and an avid member of our local Community Farm which grows and harvests gorgeous local produce without it costing the earth.

I have a passion for fashion and cycle in heels of all heights in everyday work or leisure wear and controversially, I don’t wear a helmet. Very few professional cycle instructors do and I can explain why when I meet you.
