Culinary Philosophy
The entire culinary team at the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis shares a
philosophy that cooking is to use the very best and freshest local
products in a way that pays respect to the food's flavors, textures and
colors. We believe food can be "simply perfect" when a culinary team
member has respect for cuisine. It's not always about extravagance;
simple can be best. Bringing food together on a plate where all the
tastes make sense and complement each other is a beautiful thing.

Products: The difference between Fair Oaks Farms' cheeses is that they
control all aspects of the cheese making process beginning with
growing the feed that their cows receive, providing incredible cow
comfort and harvesting of the freshest milk.
