Brose LtdSupplying high volume seat track system to JLRSupporting the customer with quality issues ( Lear, Jaguar, Toyota uk, Toyota France, Pressan Turkey, Landrover and bentley ) . First line of contact with customer for any issues . React to issues using quality tools such as global 8d, 6 sigma etc. Contain issues and root cause analysis , implement safe manifest , plant sweep etc. Inspection and analysis of 0km & warranty components. Analysis of jaguar aws data to include all seat tracks ( x350, x204, l322 ) and determine liability. Liase with dealers and record data accordingly. Provide and input data on 6 panel projects to determine route cause. Line disruption audits, capability studies.

Prior to becoming Manufacturing Quality Engineer I was responsible for the in process testing of a wide range of components for customers such as Jaguar, Toyota, Ford, Volvo, Rover and Honda. Tests comprise from climatic durability testing to static load testing as well as general function tests. Upon completion of testing a full report to be produced highlighting any problems that may have occurred, if so issuing deviations to the relevant product teams. Other duties include I.S.I.R for new products as well as modifications to existing products, Warranty analysis, Customer concerns and production support if required.
