Michael Campbell Salford m7 2ha [email protected] – 07871230793 Summary section Am a hard working reliable individual always looking for ways to improve myself and always keen on gaining new experiences and gaining more knowledge, since I was a young age I was good with IT and taken an interest in the industry I started doing my studies for IT when I was in school ICT skills for business (OCR Level National First Award In ICT) when I was in year 10 and started college in year 10 doing a European computing driving licence course level 1 and 2, started full time college in year 11 doing my level 2 betec diploma in IT with a merit then went on to do my level 3 diploma in IT with a DDD grade 360 ucas points and got myself in university, am wanting to take a few years break from education because the next step is for me is industry experience, this would be my first job in the industry I know what is expected of me while am gaining industry experience that will improve my education and knowledge which I will at later some point apply to my degree, I did computer networks at Salford university and did my CNNA exams. I also kept myself up to date with employability courses and endorsement courses to help build my character as a person and I think I could use the skills I learnt in my role of work because I have learnt how to deal with different situations. In college I undertook a stage scenario of talking to clients to get details of faults working out the reasons for a fault and explaining these to the client fixing equipment, including printers and scanners (known as peripherals) setting up new equipment and upgrading existing systems testing and servicing equipment recording problems and their solutions for future reference training clients on new systems or software applications. Work was easy buy long hour days and getting up at 5 am to get to work on time. I would also check orders before they were fully sent for dispatched to check for any mistakes and all the products that have been ordered were in with the orderWarehouse OperativeDXF – ManchesterResponsibilities unloading and loading trailers and sorting out deliveries that needed to go in different trailers for delivery and involved long hours and night shift work, the warehouse was huge once a trailer came in jam packed full of stuff the vans had to be unloaded all the goods had to be scanned and processed and then packed onto another trailer so it gets delivered to the right place. A lot of heavy lifting was involved stacking and unloading pallets RFD scanning and making sure that all the goods was going to the right delivery place and was being loaded on the right trailer
