Key Responsibilities: -

Direct Reporting to Warehouse & logistic Manager.

Analyze and coordinate the logistics functions of the organization.

Analyze numerical/ statistical data, operational/ management reports and work flow.

Apply cost benefit analysis techniques, project management techniques, and long or short term production planning techniques.

Develop policies, procedures, methods, or standards.

Supervise and control multiple warehouse operation in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Providing direction in the areas of safety, quality and general warehouse operation.

Ensures strict monitoring of in and out of stocks.

Ensure to manage warehouses space effectively.

Train employees on daily task and coaching them to develop skills and knowledge in their job. Keeping of proper Stock Level at both locations (Plant & Sales Center) Manage the Diet & Regular Dispatches to Other Plants. Duties management of shipping staff and forklift operators. Monitoring of daily liquid wastage and empty breakage & wooden pallets repairing. Monitoring of L.P.G cylinders for forklift trucks. Review daily stock report. Coordinate with warehouse coordinator if any unacceptable stocks

variation. Monitoring of SAP & BASIS working on daily basis, balance’s of all Liquid, Empty, Liquid

Wastage, Empty Breakage, Shell Breakage, Item receiving from store, from other plants & reconciliation of physical Stock in hand on daily basis. Ensure proper warehousing.

Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates — providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.

Coordinate with Sale, Route Settlement & Finance department on daily basis. Monthly Stock Check & Logistics Operation Report’s for management. Supervise vehicle loading operation at the warehouse and ensure that the right products are

properly loaded in the truck or container. Ensure the Verification of inventory computations by comparing them to daily physical counts of

stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors. Ensure proper, efficient & maximum utilization of manpower. Arrange for labor (loading and unloading, uncasing the new Empty & Etc.) as required the

service, & maintain their record and handle all the related tasks / issues. Train and educate all warehouse Staff & labors on safety and security procedures in order to

achieve full awareness among all staff to reach zero accidents. Minimize the Load & unload timings. Responsible for the settlement of Insurance Cases. Responsible of proper dispose of products subjected to spills or other disasters during
