During my tenure at Tennis Canada, I was able to lead an intricate IT team towards always completing our objectives and delivering projects on-time, even amidst high-paced and demanding environments. RESPONSIBILITIES

Create, update, manage and monitoring of IT user accounts and policies Manage Active Directory accounts, Hardware procurement and configuration:

Laptops / Desktops/ Tablets, Mobile Devices HP Servers / Virtual Machine Management CISCO desktop phones CISCO networking devices

Communication and relationship management of IT related sponsors, partners, and internal departments

Run and Operate Toronto’s IT branch during major tennis tournaments (ie Rogers Cup) and support Montreal and other branches

Design and Manage event logistics [including planning for failovers and emergencies] to ensure smooth operation during major events

Create and manage IT operational and project budgets. Responsible for implementation of business changes, including documentation mockups,

establishing process changes, and architecting operation efficiencies Responsible for Development, and Management of Tennis Canada websites and web servers. Supporting new business requirements; new infrastructure design, planning, project

management and implementation Involved in the project development life cycle by identifying business needs, facilitating

analysis, designing, development, testing, and implementation of all applications and Tennis Canada events.
