(ONGC), INDIA SCOPE : EPCIC OF Topside modification and Pipe lying. WATER DEPTH : 30-55 m BARGE NAME : SWIBER TRIUMPHANT (topside modification) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Project Coordination with Engineering team and Vendors for preparation of engineering documents, procedures, drawings & method statements. 2) Review of shop drawings, Fabrication procedures, material handling procedures and yard lifting procedures. 3) ONGC approvals for installation procedures and Marine spread related documents. 4) Project schedule and planning package assistance. 5) Coordination with vendors for sourcing, procurement engineering and logistics for the timely delivery of deliverables. 6) Coordination with Client site representative, Client operation team and HSE for special work permits for Plant shut down, hot works and cold works. 7) Providing inputs to the HSE team for preparation of Job Safety Analysis (JSA). 8) Ensuring loadout of piping spools and deck extensions on the barges. 9) Installation barge preparation and readiness of materials for Offshore Campaign. 10) Cross checking engineering deliverables with fabrication and installation philosophy. 11) Field Engineering support for fabrication and installation of the piping, instruments and equipment’s. 12) Procurement of project and non-project material as per schedule. 13) Develop effective operational philosophy. 14) Assure all riggings are installed as required for safe offshore transportation. OFFSHORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Project representative for Field Engineering and Offshore Operations on board Installation Vessel Swiber Triumphant. Distribution of drawings and documents to Sub Contractors for shop fabrication for structural & piping works. Interface management with Client, Subcontractors, Engineering, and Vendors. Installation of:

New Deck Extensions (80MT Approx.);

New Launcher & related Piping.

Piping between Existing platform and new platform via bridge.

Bridge installation.(22Mtr)

Coordination with Offshore Subcontractors / Vendors during execution.

Field execution for installation of piping spools, deck extensions and transition bends

Logistics Management for Marine Spread.

Interface management with Client, Subcontractors, Engineering, and Vendors.

Preparation of daily reports.

Prepare modification proposals as per site conditions and accordingly raising site engineer request (SER) for

client approval.

PROJECT : PIPELINE REPLACEMENT PROJECT - 4 (June-15 to March-16- Phase-1)

CLIENT : OIL AND NATURAL GAS CORP. (ONGC), INDIA

SCOPE : Topside modification (Installation of new receiver & launcher

Platform Name : ICP platform & WI5 platform. (70Mtr Depth)

BARGE NAME : SWIBER TRIUMPHANT (topside modification)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Review the project specifications, P&IDs, GADs and drawings etc.

2) Distribution of drawings to Sub Contractors for shop fabrication for structural, piping works.

3) Participation in Progress review meetings.

4) Expedite the free to issue material as per site requirement only.

5) Fabrication, Erection and installation for offshore execution.

6) Coordinate with material coordinator and procurement department for timely arrival of material for fabrication.

7) Coordinate with QA/QC for approval of procedures and reports, from Third party and Client.

8) Prepare modification proposals as per site conditions and accordingly raising site engineer request (SER) for client

approval.

OFFSHORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist offshore installation team for installation topside piping and launcher.

Assure that all ship-loose items have been installed and ready for hook-up activities.

Resolution of technical problems arising during offshore installation and assist in the formulation of corrective action

requirement.

Witness As-built survey, Anode survey, debris survey, Anchor clearance survey before demobilization.

Assist Commissioning manager in hook-up and commissioning of plants.

Coordination with vendors and Sub Contractors for commissioning of vendor packages.

Coordination with Client site representative, Client operation team and HSE for special work permits for Plant shut

down.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Procurement Coordination with Engineering.

2) Review of shop drawings, Fabrication procedures, material handling procedures and yard lifting procedures.

3) Coordinate with QA/QC for approval of procedures and reports, from Third party and Client.

4) Review of progress reports and propose resources reallocations if required.

5) Assist Installation Manager in Offshore Execution of jacket installation.

Review installation aids design and insuring every installation aid has been done as per requirement.

Coordinate with loadout contractor, yard project management team and marine warranty surveyor for loadout

procedure approval, inspection of barges and supporting vessels.

Furnish loadout coordination manual and perform final checks before loadout operation.

Coordinate with Design consultant, Marine Warranty Surveyor (MWS), T&I contractor and fabricator for sea fastening

checks.

Prepare ship loose material list and perform final check before sail away.

Coordinate with local logistic agent for port clearances.

OFFSHORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist offshore installation team for installation of topsides.

Assure that Barge Crew is aware of operations and ship-loose items have been installed and ready for hook-up

activities.

Witness As-built survey, Anode survey, debris survey, Anchor clearance survey before demobilization.

Assist Commissioning manager in hook-up and commissioning of plants.

Coordination with vendors and Sub Contractors for commissioning of vendor packages.

Preparation of Daily Reports for the progress achieved at Offshore.
