An Introduction

I am a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. I have been working in development sector since 1995 and have been associated with number of government agencies at national and state level, development partners, institutions, donors and NGOs as a consultant in the area of Public Financial Management (PFM), Public Procurement, Public Private Partnership, Municipal Finance, etc. I have so far experience of working in more than 30 major development projects funded by different national and international agencies. The main objectives are: reduction of infant mortality, maternal mortality, and total fertility; making health outcomes and utilisation of services more equitable; addressing malnutrition among children; and reducing morbidity and mortality from common communicable diseases such as malaria.
