The short stint was on 3rd party consultant type, aimed to develop and manage Project Management Office (PMO) for Unilever Pakistan.Developed an Enterprise breakdown of Unilever Pakistan with a portfolio of each factories of Unilever containing all projects plans, budgeted amounts and expenditures and schedules.
