Currently deployed to Project SADARA Chem-III-Propylene Oxide Derivatives (POD) Plant Construction as a Lead Planning & Project Controls with TECNICAS REUNIDAS, KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA. Major responsibilities-Project SADARA Chem-III-Propylene Oxide Derivatives (POD)
To provide project controls expertise on the integration, controls and management of project including project planning and scheduling, manpower planning, resource planning, cost control and risk management.
Applies effective project controls methods and procedures for each project phase, such as design, fabrication, construction, installation, hook-up, pre commissioning and commissioning of the project.
Overall schedule analysis & monitoring and ensures reporting to all stake holders as per agreed reporting protocol. Provide input to the progress reporting and ensure implementation of CPM (critical path method) reporting.
Expedite development of baseline schedules, support schedule review meetings where necessary and coordinate PMC team’s schedule review comments.
Ensure the planning requirements for the Project are met through the Development & Maintenance of Project fully integrated schedules through:
Identification and input of all critical interfaces from design, procurement and fabrication, construction and hook-up / commissioning, assurance, and handover.

Spot checking the accuracy and consistency of Sub contractor’s project status report output and challenging any inaccuracies or unapproved changes to baselines.
Review and challenge the Sub contractor‘s assessment of the schedule impact of changes, or third party delays
Establishing and maintaining the Project planning reporting calendar and timely issuance of those reports development of project dashboards.
Period: April 2013 to December Jan 2014 Successfully completed 10 shutdown & Wells Installation Projects works for BRUNEI SHELL PETROLEUM as Lead Planning Engineer with the Main Contractor SAHID SENDRIAN BERHAD, BRUNEI. Shutdown & Project Responsibilities
Collecting all inputs related to project plan preparation (time per activity, interlink-age, sequencing) by areas from respective managers and prepare base plan.
Preparing Work packages, schedule, inventory, Daily progress monitoring, invoicing done for equipment’s like heaters/Wells/Exchanger’s/Piping.
Preparing the detail schedule using Primavera. Ensuring alignment of functional schedules prepared by functional managers with the
project schedule. Also monitoring the critical path & overall progress Preparing weekly & monthly progress reports. Also preparing catch up plans, look ahead
plans and report to Project Control Manager. Develop shutdown and start-up schedule by considering duration of mechanical days to
ensure 'product to product' cycle is achieved within the most optimum time and uninterrupted supply of products to customers.

Successfully completed a major Turnaround (2013) of ADGAS Takreer Plant-Hydro Skimming Unit from planning phase till hand over as a Senior Planning Engineer with DESCON ENGINEERING, ABUDHABI. Turn Around Responsibilities (ADGAS Takreer Plant-Hydro Skimming Unit)
Development and analysis of shutdown work lists based on the scope of work, identification and specification of shutdown materials, manpower & equipment requirements.
Preparing Work Packages, Daily monitoring Sheets, S-Curves based on Equipment’s/Trains/Area Engineers.
Mitigate delays in turnaround activities by rationalizing recovery plans and allocating resources to assigned Turnaround Managers to meet schedule and milestones.
Prepared the schedule/Progress updation, Work Packages, Daily Monitoring Sheets-Curves for 114 Heat Exchangers, 13Heaters, 1Reformer, 12Reactors, 8Tanks, & 42 Fin Fan Coolers.
Development of shutdown packages and catch-up plans. Prepared Method Statements for Heaters, Columns, Reactors, Tanks, and Fin Fan Coolers. Project Progress controlling Tools for close monitoring & controlling. Also schedule
updating in Primavera P6 on daily basis. Liaising with Sub Contract’s Planner, over all Contract works planning, Weekly Planning,
