Communication skills ▪ My ability to co-work with other people is derived both from my experience at Arcaffè, which consist in the management of customers and other employees, and from the university experience, where many projects are done in groups.
Organisational / managerial skills ▪ I have excellent organizational skills, both for the organization of the work itself and for the coordination and management of people. This capacity was strongly endorsed during my work experience at Arcaffè as head of the bartenders, which included both the management of the bar and the customers and the organization of the staff.
