RESEARCH EXPERIENCES
Student Research Assistant, in Sharif Institute of Transportation Studies & Research (ITSR) As a research student for more than a year, under supervision of Prof. H. Nassiri.
Working in laboratory, I have contributed in several research works on Tehran Transportation System and
Planning, Traffic Operations and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) under the supervision of Prof.
Habibollah Nassiri and his PhD students, since 2013.
B.Sc Project about "Disaster Management" and "Resilient Cities" "Technical-Economic Evaluation of Reversible Town's Criteria from the perspective of Urban
Transportation. casestudy region 22 of Tehran". (Summer 2014)
240 hours of Internship at "RahPooyan Programming Company" copartner with "Tehran
Traffic Control Company" Becoming familiar with several projects such as "Intelligent Traffic Control and Mechanized Violation
Recording System", "Electronic Ticket Supply and Wireless " and "Variable Message Signs".
My responsibilities included helping some of the most professional staff in doing significant task,
cooperation in calculations for data analyzing, involving in process of producing periodic reports, updating
message signs and etc. (Spring 2014)
Field research project on Tehran Transportation:
"Effect of Pavement Rehabilitation process and bridge's width on Traffic Flow" As final projects of the Traffic and Highway Engineering Course.
Tehran is plagued with so-called phenomenon of poor pavement rehabilitation and maintenance
management. This factor in combination of inappropriate bridge's width will resulted in oversaturated flow
on bridges. Pavement rehabilitation process, in non-peak time by considering other traffic flow information
and also bridge's width, among the various variables, has extraordinary effects on smoothing the traffic flow
which also can diminish the effects of bridge's width. In two course projects, separately, we worked on roots
of this problems and suggest optimal time for maintenance of the most important bridge of Tehran.
Student Research Assistant, in Materials and Concrete Technology Laboratory (MCT LAB) Under supervision of Prof. A.R. Khalo and M.M. Alizadeh Kharazi (Lecturer), since summer 2012. In MCT
LAB, we work on Concrete project for producing laboratory made “High Strength Concrete (HSC)” under
controlled conditions plus examining strength gain. Evaluation and estimation of several mixtures treatment.
Promotion durability of “Self-consolidating Concrete (SCC)” by using different ashlars powders as filler
and pozzolan and varied additives.
Designer, developer, managing executor and supervisor In educational organization of Iran
Kanoon Farhangi Amoozesh The first and only open-form based test for school students with smart evaluation system that was able to
support approximately 50,000 students with smart feedback system within less than 20 hours in Iran’s
biggest and most successful educational organization Kanoon Farhangi Amoozesh.
