Preface This document is intended to assist you on the process of returning defective parts to Intel Depot. Guidelines on how to return a product to Intel Malaysia An email will be received from [email protected] with subject: RCI/AWB/Guide for SWR Return # 7xxxxxxxxx eg. RCI/AWB/Guide for SWR Return # 7500000123. Intended Audience This email is offered as a reference guide to Intel Customers with Standard Warranty Replacement (SWR) requests. What you need 1. Return Commercial Invoice (RCI) 2. DHLE Air Waybill (AWB) with Air Waybill# 3. Printer Visit DHLE websites to monitor your shipment. For DHLE: Visit http://www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking/monitor_ shipments.html and input the AWB# in-between the barcodes at the middle right portion consisting of 10 digits. 9 For any additional questions or help needed on any of the above steps, please visit http://www.intel.com/support/contact/apac/ apac_contact.htm, choose your location and contact Intel Customer Support. Our Customer Representatives will be available to assist you. Revision 003. April 2015 Customer Return Guide Take note of the DHLE Account Number which consists of 9-digits. For DHLE: Account number starts with 9652xxxxx. This is found at the lower left portion of the AWB, beside the Bill to account field. 6 Prepare your faulty unit to be returned to Intel Depot – refer to the Return Instructions found in the auto-generated email for more information. 5 Print out all the pages of the DHLE Air Waybill (AWB) which is attached in the email. The attachment filename is: AWB_RT# 7xxxxxxxxx. 4 Print out three (3) copies of the Return Commercial Invoice (RCI) which is attached in the email. The attachment file name is: RCI_RT# 7xxxxxxxxx. 2 1 Provide the courier with: a. DHLE Account number a. The package to be returned to Intel Depot c. 2 copies of DHLE AWB d. 2 copies of Return Commercial Invoice e.     For DHLE: Account number starts with 9652xxxxx. This is found at the lower left portion of the AWB, beside the Bill to account field.
