TERMS & CONDITIONS

Pricing: The club continues to strive for wider access to matches by offering a broad range ofticketprices,inconsultationwiththeofficialsupporters’association.

The club operates a scheme to enable supporters to pay for season tickets by six monthly instalments on payment plan.

Theclubwillensurethatthemostsignificantdiscountsareavailabletoitsjuniorsupportersthereby encouraging its fans of the future and their families.

The club considers there to be some restricted view seats that are priced accordingly.

Allocation: Atleastfivepercentofticketstoeachhomegamewillbemadeavailabletonon-seasonticketholders.

Concessions: Concessionarypricesareavailabletojuniorsupportersundertheageof19.Youmustbeundertheageof19on8August2017toqualify.

Childrenundertheageofeight(bythestartoftheseason)canobtainaFREEseasonticketwhenaccompaniedbyafullpayingAdult/Seniorcitizen(andamemberoftheclub’sofficialJuniorSupporters’Club,YoungSeasiders).

Concessionsareavailabletoseniorcitizensthatareage60+on8August2017.

Disability: Disabled tickets are priced within the relevant age category, however supporters in receipt of the higher level of disability allowance for either mobility or care, the middle rate for care, or the enhanced rate of PIP are entitled to be accompanied by a personal assistant freeofcharge.Proofofconcession/disabilitystatuswillberequired.

Away Matches: Whereticketallocationbythehomeclubisrestricted,seasonticketholderswill have the first opportunity to purchase tickets, Blackpool FCmembers will have thesecond opportunity of purchasing tickets and any remaining tickets will go on general sale. The home club determines the cost of these tickets.

Cup Competitions: Tickets for Cup Competitions are priced dependent on opposition, date offixture,competitionandinagreementwiththeopposition.Seasonticketholderswillhavethe opportunity to purchase their own seat numbers until a pre–advertised deadline day. Afterthatthoseseatswillbereleasedtogeneralsale.

Refunds/Returns Policy:Unwantedticketsreturned24hourspriortokick-offofanymatchwillreceiveafullrefund.Nootherrefundswillbeconsideredwhatsoever.

Any returned ticketsare immediatelyputonopensale,subject to restrictionsofapoliceenforcedallticketgame,whenNOsalesonthedaycanbemade.

Season ticket refunds will only be granted in extenuating circumstances, to be decided by theclub.Allrequestsforrefundsmustbemadeinwritingtotheclub.

Abandonments: If the football match for which a ticket relates to is postponed or abandoned foranyreasonthetermsoftheClub’sCustomerCharterwillapply.Ifthematchisabandonedbeforekick-off,theticketshallremainvalidfortherearrangedmatch.Anypersonwhodoesnot wish to attend the rearranged match shall be entitled to a refund and in the case of a postponement before kick-off thiswill be the full face valueof the ticket for the relevantmatch.

Refundswillnotbemadeifahomematchisabandonedafterkick-off.However,spectatorsare entitled to half price admission to the rearranged home match so long as the ticket to the originalfixtureisretained.

InnocircumstanceswillBlackpoolFCbeliabletopayanyothersumstoanypersonsinconnection with a postponed or abandoned match.

Any individual, in the club’s considered opinion,with any involvement in the cause of amatch abandonment will hold no rights to any of the above, whatsoever.

Banning Policy: Life bans will be applied to any and all supporters that encroach onto the pitchforwhateverreasonduringafixture,andtheclubwillreserveitsrighttorecovercostsanddamages from ‎such individuals.Fansmayalsobebanned for life,ora term that isappropriate, should they be party to or involved in harassment or intimidation of any fellow supporters,clubstafforofficialsortheirfamilies.

Relocation of Seats: Blackpool FC reserves the right to relocate season ticket holdersto a seat of a better or similar standard to the one purchased at any stage of the season

for operational reasons. For example, without limitation, to facilitate ongoing stadium improvements and construction.

Lost/Stolen Season Ticket Cards:Lostorstolenseasonticket/membershipcardsmaybereplacedatacostof£15.Supportersareaskedtocontacttheticketofficeregardingthisprocess.

Accommodating Away Supporters: The club abides by EFL regulations governing the allocation of tickets to visiting clubs.

The club does not charge admission prices to supporters of a visiting club which are higher than those charged to our own supporters for comparable accommodation. In particular our concessionaryratesofferedtoseniorcitizensandjuniorsupportersofavisitingclub.

MATCHDAY TICKETS

Matchdayticketscanbepurchaseddirectly fromtheTicketOfficeoronline. If ticketsarepurchased using a Season Ticket Membership or Club Membership a discount will be applied to each ticket. Further information on this discount and Club Memberships is available further into this section. Standard ticket prices are listed below:

Theclubcontinuestoofferaflexi-ticketthisseason,allowingnonseasonticketholderstopick the home matches they wish to attend.

Ifyoucan’tcommittoaseasonticketoranythingclosetothe23leaguegamesatBloomfieldRoad, a Flexi Ticket allows you to purchase a match package for four or six league games of your choice.

MakingfootballatBloomfieldRoadmoreaffordable,aFlexiTicketworksoutcheaperthanpurchasing individual match tickets at full or membership prices.

OnceyouhavepurchasedaFlexiTicketyouwillreceivefourorsixvouchers(dependingonthepackage)whichcanberedeemedformatchtickets.WhenyouwishtoattendahomeleaguefixtureatBloomfieldRoad,simplyexchangeoneofyourvouchersattheticketofficefor a match ticket, subject to availability.

Flexi Ticket vouchers are not redeemable at the turnstiles. Cup games, away games, play-off fixtures and friendlies are not included in the package.

The club operates a membership scheme for supporters who cannot commit to a season ticket.Forjust£25youcanpurchaseaClubMembershipforthe2017/18seasonthatentitlesyouto£5offthepriceofahomeleaguematchticket(£2offforunder-19s)andpriorityoncupandawayticketsafterseasonticketholders.Themembershippackalsoincludesaflasksetandaone-offvouchertopurchaseahomeleaguematchticketforthepriceof£10.

By Car: The route into Blackpool comes courtesy of theM55motorway, which can beaccessedbycomingoffatJunction32ontheM6.ThebestrouteforvisitingsupportersistofollowtheM55tothebottom,takethesecondexitattheroundaboutandheadstraightdownYeadonWayontoSeasidersWay.StadiumaddressforSatNav:

Parking: On-siteparkingisextremelylimitedatBloomfieldRoadsovisitingsupportersareadvised to use the council pay and display car parks over the road from the stadium.

By Bus: Busroutestothevicinityareservedbynumbers7,11and14fromthetowncentrebusstation,whiletramservicesonthepromenadearewithin10-15minuteswalkingdistanceof the stadium.

By Train: ThenearesttrainstationtothestadiumisBlackpoolSouth(onemile),whichalsopassesBlackpoolPleasureBeachenroutetotheground.However,trainstothisstationrunhourlyfromPrestonandvice-versa.MorefrequenttrainsserveBlackpoolNorthtrainstation,whichissome25minuteswalkingdistancefromtheground.

Replica kit has a life span of a minimum of one season. In the event of a change of club sponsor,thenewsponsor’snamemayappearontheplayingkitimmediately,evenifthisisduring the lifespan of a replica kit.

Details of the intended change of kits can be obtained from the club shop.

TheclubcarriesoutitsobligationsunderEFLRegulationstopreventpricefixinginrelationto the sale of replica strip.

Personalised Products: Items with custom printing cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty or the custom printing is incorrect due to our mistake.

Projects are delivered in primary and secondary schools, local colleges, with local community groups,andwithinlocalwards.Childrenasyoungasfiveyearsoldaretargetedaswellasgroupsofover55s.Sessionstakeplacewithfamilies,peoplewithdisabilities,andwomenandgirls groups.

Allprojectsare fundedexternally throughanumberofdifferentstreams, including theEFLTrust, Premier LeagueCommunity Fund, Sport England, Big Lottery, Football Foundation,localhousingassociations,NHSBlackpoolandlocalcouncilstonameafew.Blackpool FC Community Trust works very closely with the other major organisations inBlackpool, includingNHSBlackpoolClinicalCommissioningGroup,BlackpoolCouncil andBlackpoolFootballClub,aspartof theAltogetherNow–a legacy forBlackpoolcampaign,which looks to bring organisations together, to reach common goals in a more productive and joined up way.

AimsandObjectives:

• TopromoteBlackpoolFootballClubthroughoutallitsworkandtoencourageincreasedinterest and support for the Club.

• TopromotetheworkoftheBlackpoolFCCommunityTrustthroughouttheNorthWestregionandtoestablishprogrammesofactivityforthebenefitofthelocalcommunity.

• To develop and promote programmes aimed at healthier lifestyles for the local community• To develop and provide educational and learning opportunities for local people.• To work in partnership with local groups, associations and organisations to help develop

BlackpoolFCsupports theEFL’sofficial charity.TheClubalsoholdsannualpoppyshirtauctions,withtheproceedsdirectlybenefittingTheRoyalBritishLegion.

The Club is fully committed to supporting local causes, with each charitable request for signed merchandise judged on its merits. The Club does not make monetary donations and, due to the high number of requests, cannot always satisfy each and every one.

AllcharitablerequestsshouldbemadetoAmandaFrancisviaemailoronheadedpaperwiththeregisteredcharitynumber.Amanda’scontactdetailscanbefoundintheCustomerService section of the charter.

Theclub’spolicyisnottoallowbucketcollectionsonamatchday,thoughexceptionsaremadefortheLeague’snominatedcharityifcentrallyagreed.

Notice: Entry to the Ground is expressly subject to acceptance by the visitor of these Ground RegulationsandtherulesandregulationsofFIFA,UEFA,TheFootballAssociation,TheF.A.Premier League and the EFL in respect of the relevant competition.

TheGround Regulations incorporate the Club’s Customer Charter (if any). Entry to theGround shall constitute acceptance of the Ground Regulations.

“Ground” means this football stadium and all locations owned, occupied or utilised by the Club. “Club” means this football club. “Match” means any association football match taking place at the Ground.

1.PermissiontoenterortoremainwithintheGround(notwithstandingpossessionofanyticket)isattheabsolutediscretionoftheClub,anypoliceofficerorauthorisedsteward.OnnoaccountwilladmissionbegrantedtoapersonwhoisthesubjectofacurrentBanningOrder.

2.TheClubexcludestothemaximumextentpermittedbylawanyliabilityforloss,injuryordamagetopersons/propertyinoraroundtheGround.

3.NoguaranteescanbegivenbytheClubthataMatchwilltakeplaceataparticulartimeoron a particular date and the Club reserves the right to reschedule the Match without notice and without any liability whatsoever.

4.IntheeventofthepostponementorabandonmentoftheMatch,refunds(ifany)willbemadeinaccordancewiththeClub’sCustomerCharter.TheClubwillhavenofurtherliabilitywhatsoever,including(butnotlimitedto)anyindirectorconsequentiallossordamage,suchas(butnotlimitedto)lossofenjoymentortravelcosts.

5.AllpersonsseekingentrancetotheGroundacknowledgetheClub’srighttosearchanyperson entering the Ground and to refuse entry to or eject from the Ground any person refusing to submit to such a search.

6.ThefollowingarticlesmustnotbebroughtwithintheGround:-knives,fireworks,smokecanisters,air-horns,flares,weapons,dangerousorhazardousitems,laserdevices,bottles,glassvessels,cans,polesandanyarticlethatmightbeusedasaweaponand/orcompromisepublicsafety.AnypersoninpossessionofsuchitemswillberefusedentrytotheGround.

7.Further,youmaynotbringintotheGroundanysponsorship,promotionalormarketingmaterialssaveinrespectofofficialclubmerchandiseand/orotherfootballrelatedclothingworn in good faith normay you offer (either free or for sale by any person) any goods(includingliterature)ofanynaturewithouttheexpresswrittenapprovaloftheManagement.8.Theuseofthreateningbehaviour,foulorabusivelanguageisstrictlyforbiddenandwillresultinarrestand/orejectionfromtheGround.TheClubmayimposeabanforoneormoreMatches.

8.1.Racial,homophobicordiscriminatoryabuse,chantingorharassmentisstrictlyforbidden

andwillresultinarrestand/orejectionfromtheGround.TheClubmayimposeabanforoneor more Matches.

8.2.ThefollowingactsareoffencesundertheFootball(Offences)Act1991,asamended:

8.2.1.ThethrowingofanyobjectwithintheGroundwithoutlawfulauthorityorexcuse.8.2.2.Thechantingofanythingofanindecentorracialistnature.8.2.3.Theentryonto theplayingareaoranyadjacentareatowhichspectatorsarenot generally admitted without lawful authority or excuse. Conviction may result in a BanningOrderbeingmade.

9.All personsentering theGroundmayonly occupy the seat allocated to themby theirticket and must not move from any one part of the Ground to another without the express permissionorinstructionofanysteward,officeroftheCluband/oranypoliceofficer.

10.Nobodymaystandinanyseatingareawhilstplayisinprogress.Persistentstandinginseated areas whilst play is in progress is strictly forbidden and may result in ejection from the Ground.

11. The obstruction of gangways, access ways, exits and entrances, stairways and like places is strictly forbidden.Nobodyentering theGround shall be permitted to climbanystructures within the Ground.

12.EFLstadiaaresmoke-freeandsmokingisnotpermittedinsidetheGround.

13.Mobile telephones are permittedwithin theGround, provided that they are used forpersonal and private use only.

14.UndertheSportingEvents(ControlofAlcoholetc)Act1985,thefollowingareoffencesforwhichapersoncanbearrestedbyapoliceofficerandconvictioncouldresultinaBanningOrder being made:

14.1.AttemptingtoentertheGroundorbeinginsidetheGroundwhilstdrunk;14.2.Being inpossessionofany intoxicating liquor,orbottle, canorotherportablecontainer and which could cause damage or personal injury, when entering the Ground or in a public area of the Ground from which the event can be directly viewed.

15.AnyindividualwhohasenteredanypartoftheGrounddesignatedfortheuseofanygroup of supporters to which they do not belong may be ejected from the Ground either for the purposes of his own safety or for any other reason.

16.Noperson(otherthanapersonwhoholdsanappropriatelicence)maybringintotheGround or use within the Ground any equipment, which is capable of recording or transmitting (bydigitalorothermeans)anyaudio,visualoraudio-visualmaterialoranyinformationordata in relation to the Match or the Ground. Copyright in any unauthorised recording or transmission is assigned (byway of present assignment of future copyright pursuant tosection91oftheCopyright,DesignsandPatentsAct1988)totheClub.

17.Nogoods(includingliterature)ofanynaturemaybeofferedeitherfreeorforsalebyany

person within the Ground without the express written permission of the Club.

18.Ticketsarenot transferableandmaynotbeoffered forsalewithout thepriorwrittenpermissionof theClub.Any ticketsoffered for salemaybeconfiscatedbyanysteward,officeroftheCluboranypoliceofficer.

19.CCTVcamerasareinusearoundandintheGroundandtheClubmayitselfuseorpasstothepoliceoranyFootballAuthority,anyrecordingsforuseinanyproceedings.

20.AtalltimeswhilstpresentintheGround,personsmustcomplywithanyandallinstructionsofanystewardorofficerof theCluband/oranypoliceofficer.Failuretocomplywithanyinstruction may lead to immediate ejection from the Ground.

21.EntrytotheGroundsignifiesyourexpressconsenttotheuseofyouractualorsimulatedlikenessinconnectionwiththeproduction,exhibition,advertisingorexploitationofanyfilm,video and/or audio recording of theMatch, and/or any element thereof in any/allmediathroughouttheWorld.

22.TheClubreservesabsolutely theright toeject fromtheGroundanypersonfailing tocomply with any of the Ground Regulations or whose presence within the Ground is, or could, reasonably be construed as constituting a source of danger, nuisance or annoyance to any other person. This could lead to further action by the Club including, but not limited to, thewithdrawalofanyseasonticket(withoutreimbursement)andotherbenefits.

23.EntrytotheGroundshallconstituteacceptanceoftheGroundRegulations.

DISCRIMINATIONThe Club will not under any circumstances tolerate any form of racially based harassment or discriminatorybehaviouroractionswhetherphysicalorverbalwithintheStadium.Anyonetakingpartinsuchactivitymayfacearrest,prosecution,confiscationoftheirseasonticketand being banned from all future games involving the Club.

Weactivelyworkthroughoutthecommunitypromotingsocialinclusioncampaigns.Assuch,we participate in a number of initiatives, some in partnership with other organisations, aimed at eliminating discrimination from football permanently.

TheclubadoptstheEFL’sEnjoyTheMatchcampaignandfullysupports theactivitiesofKick It Out.
