We work with organizations around the world to tailor the Mini-MBA program to each company's specific objectives. Our custom programs provide a one-of-a-kind learning experience that focuses on identifying critical issues and formulating solutions that deliver value for your company participants and your organization.

Custom programs can be exclusive or shared among 3 to 4 organizations. Shared-custom program brings the additional benefit of cross-industry exchange.

The Experience

Each custom program has one primary goal: to develop high-potential employees who can make a difference within the organization. Recognizing that individual companies face unique challenges, our institute works closely with you to develop a Mini-MBA program that meet the specific challenges of your organization within your industry.

Central to the program delivery is the Case Method, pioneered by Harvard Business School. In contrast to a lecture or panel-based approach to training, Case Method sessions is where participants become protagonists –instead of being just observers- in discussing real-world business cases about actual deals, business problems and potential solutions. In the custom program, case studies are selected to fit with the company’s objectives. New concepts, tools and frameworks are introduced as practical ways of addressing the issue or challenge at hands, cases being industry-specific allows for valuable benchmarking.

Every Mini-MBA program is developed and taught exclusively by seasoned industry professional who graduated from Harvard Business School. This ensures a consistency on the learning experience by delivering the exact kind of analysis and decisions-making frameworks used at HBS, including the Case Method.
