THE DESIGNS

The designs that we publish or send to you, are all samples of custom designs, each has been designed for an individual client, and collectively the designs represent a vast scope of building types, styles and construction techniques.

You may find ideas from several models appealing, that you would like to include in your own home, or you may find a design in the collection that is ’close’ to what you want, or you may have ideas of your own, or finishes you would like to include.

My job is to incorporate them all into a design, just for you.

PRICING

These days the Contract Price is affected by many variables Exactly what is included (see inclusions over page>) The Finishes selected. Fire, Flood, Slope, and Geotechnical constraints. Type of construction and the Structural make-up of your home (High ceilings? Timber Floors? Air Con? …etc.),

The initial design will be created to meet budget, before any building contract is made. The Builders Fixed price Tender (for the bank) will include all costs and any allowances you may need for other items (Pool, Landscaping, etc)

There is no Fee or Charge for an initial Design Consultation.

From a Design Consultation You will get a clear picture of the possibilities, and the relative costs
