Scope of Services Highlights
• Jobs offered to all eligible current SPS custodial employees• Background check requirements will be the same as SPS
employees; contractor is responsible for any associated costs• Provide at least minimum wage for all employees; SPS reserves
the right to negotiate for maintenance of current wages• Provide at least one full-time Day Porter at each school• Provide benefits to current SPS employees to include at a
minimum health insurance and retirement• Provide a representative to serve as the sole contact for SPS;
this person to be approved by SPS prior to beginning service
