WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Currently working with Accenture Services India Pvt ltd since 18th July 2011.

From 1st July 2014 as HR Analyst till date.

Roles and Responsibilities

A. Currently leading a team of 11 HR Personnel. B. To work on the yearly Performance management Cycle, Employee Share Purchase

Program, Competency Assessment, Scheduling process.C. A Special Exit Interview conducted for resigning Employees to check on the reason

and possibility of retention.D. To promote more engagement activities. The task this year was to bring up the

Employee engagement percentage, which as a team, we were able to bring this up compared to last year.

From 1st Jan’13 as HR Senior Assistant at Accenture Services India Pvt ltd.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesI. Process Related:

a. To facilitate policy briefing session for employees traveling onsite.b. To conduct Exit interviews.c. HR Operations

- Primary Point of contact for ESPP-Employee Share Purchase Program for Accenture India Employees.

- To address employees queries (India and NORDIC), handling grievances.- To handle Employee Referrals – Accenture Global – except Philippines. - To address queries on Performance management during the appraisal and

promotion period.- To address CAMS (Competency Assessment Management System) queries

during assessment period.- To address queries relating to Policies, GCP, Transfers and Relocation.

d. I am the SME and POC for GCP (Global Career Program) and ESPP (Employee Stock Purchase Plan) and Scheduling and Staffing.

e. I am the Primary trainer and the training coordinator for the team.

II. Additional Responsibilities:a. I am a part of Employee Engagement Activity

- To schedule monthly employee engagement events.- To ensure the schedule is executed.- To ensure team satisfaction.

b. I am a part of the Editorial team.- To ensure timely collation, compilation and proof reading of data.- To ensure the release of a monthly news letter – ‘Spectrum’ featuring
