XII. INTERNATIONAL EFFORTS

No formal responsibilities in this area until July 2014; however, established active collaborations in Japan (1991-1996), Ukraine (1993 - 2000), Peru (2007 - present), Kosovo (2011-present), Ethiopia (2012-present), and Algeria (2014-present). As mentioned earlier in CV (research section), have mentored 16 different visiting scientists from 9 different countries. Have also hosted lab and farm tours for a number of international visitors to Iowa State University.
