What is Org CultureReflects the values, beliefs and attitude of its members.
Culture is a collection of unspoken rules and traditions that operates 24x7.
Continuous communication of rituals and ceremonies and the language commonly used.
Layers of org culture
Shared Assumption and philosophy represent basic beliefs about reality, human nature and the way things should be done.Culture Value represents collective belief, assumptions and feelings about what things are good, normal, rational and valuableShared behavior includes norms which are more visible and somewhat easier to change than value.Culture symbols are words (jargon, slang) gesture, picture, that carry particular meaning within that culture.
