    Terms and PolicyService and chef

    Server $25/hour (per server). Minimum 1 server for 2 hours ($50.00).Chef $100/hour (required for events with more than 40 people, or forthe Special Chefs Tasting Menu).Bar tender $70/hour (beverages not included).

    Other services providedEquipment rental: our cost to rent + $30 surchargeComplete event planning: 10% of the total event cost.

    Rent our restaurant (1844 Fort Union Blvd.)We rent our restaurant space too, for a total minimal cost (foodincluded) of:Sun-Mon: $550 for lunch or $1200 for dinnerTues-Wed: $650 for lunch or $1350 for dinnerThur-Fri-Sat: $800 for lunch or $2000 for dinner

    Special food requestsFor any special food request (allergy, diet, etc.), dont hesitate to contactus please. We will always be glad to cook something different for you ifneeded. The price might change depending on the ingredients.

    Reservation and deposit timingFor all menus and events, we ask for 72 hours advance reservation and a

    25% down payment. Cancellations with full reimbursement can be doneup to 48 hours before the event. If cancelled later, the down paymentwill not be reimbursed.

    Cooking classesCooking classes are offered on Mondays or on Sundays, for a minimumof $65 per person, and 8 people. A 25% down payment is required.If you want to enjoy your nice meal in our restaurant after the class,

    there is no additional charge, but beverages and service are notincluded. If you want friends or family to join after the class to enjoyyour meal too, it will cost $20 per additional person.
