Document Management
This process involves the use of a computer system and software to store, manage and track electronic
documents and electronic images of paper based information captured through the use of a document
scanner. Document management is how your organization stores, manages and tracks its electronic
documents.
The process usually involves:
De-shelving of the files/documents from existing warehouse or storage
Sorting & classification of the documents available there
Documents are then sent to Indexing team for barcoding and indexing
Required documents are then sorted for scanning and sent to the digitizing team
100 % image Quality-Check is executed after scanning
The scanned images are then transferred over secure workflow systems to an offsite team for
data-capture, data-conversion, content correction, etc.
The images are data are hosted on secure servers to ensure confidentiality, and then
transmitted back to the client after due process has been completed
Processed physical documents are re-archived in the existing warehouse/storage
The new/revised archive index & document location is shared with the client and training in on-
going archive management is provided as required
OUR EXPERIENCE: In Uganda, CameoTechedge (CTS) provides Document Management Services for
telecom service providers such as MTN, Warid-Airtel, Smart Telecom, Orange & Uganda Telecom.

Transcription Services
Simply put, Transcription is the process of converting a recorded voice file into electronic text.
Transcription usually cover the gamut of business (interviews,
board meetings, conference calls, sales pitches, negotiations,
etc.), legal (court proceedings, briefs, dictations, etc.), events
(seminars, sermons, motivational speeches, etc.) and medical
(doctor or physician’s notes, surgeon’s descriptions, autopsy
reports, etc.).
We follow industry leading norms in data-security and data-management, because many of these files
contain sensitive personal information of criminal proceedings, company information, patient medical
records and much more.
OUR EXPERIENCE: In India, we serve the North American market for medical & legal transcription. We
have over 90 seats working 3 shifts, 24x7, and also meet the HIPAA norms which elaborates data
security practices and compliance measures to be strictly followed.

KYC & Document Checking
Practically all documentation pertaining to financial transactions and statutory matters require scrutiny
for accuracy, completeness and ‘matching’ by trained personnel. This process works well when
outsourced, as the partner is incentivized to deliver high levels of accuracy and efficiency:
Trained CTS staff will provide KYC services to the client
Application/Request Forms can be matched with their
supporting documentation for veracity of the information
contained
These forms are also verified for completeness of
information, and accuracy of content
Furthermore, they can be vetted against an available database and flagged accordingly
Segregation & sorting can also form a key part of this process
KYC & Document Checking can even be clubbed together with Document Pick-up, where
verification is done at the time of pick-up, for select type of documents
OUR EXPERIENCE: In Uganda, CameoTechedge (CTS) performs KYC & Document Checking services
for telecom service providers such as Warid & UTL. Today, we have successfully verified over 3.8
million forms for our Ugandan clients.
In DR Congo, CTS performs KYC & Document Checking services for Airtel’s SIM Registration Forms.
Similarly in India, we have already provided KYC & Document Checking services to over 120+ million
documents sets, with an accuracy percentage greater than 98.8%.

OUR EXPERIENCE: At one of our banking client’s site in India, we provide end-to-end Account Opening
processes that greatly impact the New Customer Experience. Upon completion of the
document/application verification & audit, our personnel capture the Customer’s information in the
bank’s system, and then proceed to activate the new bank account, within the shortest possible TAT.
Similarly, a myriad of telecom service providers depend on us for hundreds of millions of customer
information updating and subsequent activation of accounts.
Every day in Uganda, we upload the detailed information of many thousands of customers &
subscribers to the database servers of our clients. This information is made available across various
platforms such as Mobile Money, the Call Center & Customer Care, and their in-house CRMs.

Records Management
Records Management (also known as Archival or Document Storage) is the process of archiving all
paperwork, files and their related documents in a reasonably secure warehouse.
We offer the following set of activities to ensure the forms that undergo archival at the warehouse will
be traceable, retrievable and fully accounted for.
Checking and/or verification of records received at the Warehouse
Batching and Indexing of documents, files or folders
Segregation & grouping according to type, name, date, branch/location/region, transport mode,
etc.
Transfer to measured & customized Carton Boxes that are auto-numbered by the system
Placement on Warehouse racks/shelves and metal boxes
All details (box number, content &storage location) will be keyed-in and controlled through the
Records Management application
Secrecy & security of box content is assured through mixed storage, as the boxes do not need
to be stored according to location, date or Branch, and no details on the internal contents is
visible to the naked eye
Access to the contents of any box is strictly through the Records Management database, which
in turn is accessed through secure-login

world-class warehouses covering over 200,000 square meters of floor space.
We use multi-tier racking systems with load-limits in excess of 10+ tons. The racks are equipped with
catwalks for ladder-free access. Needlessly to say, the warehouses are equipped with the best-in-class
fire safety systems, and round-the-clock security and surveillance.
We also provide secure storage services to
banks, insurance companies and other financial
institutions. These high-security documents are
stored in a safe vault with protection that far
exceeds the requirements of the Reserve Bank of
India, and are designed to withstand prolonged fire
and even earthquakes. Needless to say, they also
