AN ORD INAN C E APPROV ING TH E SUM O F THREE HUNDREDNINE :MILL ION THIRTY SEVEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDREDFORTY AND 28/100 (P309,037,840.28) PESOS FOR THEOPERATION, MAINTENANCE AND OTHER SUPPORT SERVICESOF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF TANGUB FOR CALENDARYEAR -2011 AND FOR THE OTHER PURPOSES.B e it ordained by the City Council of Tangub in session assembled, that:Section 1. Title. This ordinance shall be known as the AnnualAppropriation Ordinance of the Ci ty Government of Tangub.Section 2. Appropriation of Funds, The Sum of Three Hundred NineMillion Thirty Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Forty and 28/100(P309,037,840.28) Pesos is hereby appropriated for operation,maintenance and other support services of the City Government ofTangubfor Calendar Year-20l1 and for other purposes.

Section 3. Regular Office Operations and Auxiliary Services. Thefollowing amount is hereby appropriated to various offices for personalservices, maintenance and other operating expenses and capital outlay.

Section 6. Modification of Expenditures Components. Except by act of theCity Council no change or modification shall be enacted in theexpenditures items authorized in this Annual B udget unless in cases ofaugmentation from savings in appropriation as authorized under Section336 of RA 7160 and Article 454 (b) of the Rules and Regulationsimplementing the Local Government Code of 1991.S ectio n7. The Uti l ization of Appropriation under Non-Office. T he 20%Development Fund in the amount of P54,801,568.06 shall be subject tosubsequent enactment of the City Council in accordance with the AnnualInvestment Program of the City.S ecti on. 8. T he appropriation of C ash G ift, R epresentation a nd C l oth in gAllowance shall be in accordance with RA 8441 and LBC No. 68.
