You will take a comprehensive exam at the end of the course

assess competence in the use and application of the tools

techniques you will have learned. To be certified as a Green
Belt, you must present and defend a completed project.
To help equip you to be a successful project team leader,

will also learn and practice group facilitation skills. At the
