1. The Day Meeting (“Offer 1”) is available for new day meeting bookings consisting of a minimum of 10 delegates at least 1 meeting room booking.
2. The Residential Meeting (“Offer 2”) is available for new meeting group bookings consisting of a minimum of 10 bedroom bookings for a minimum 1 night stay and at least 1 meeting room booking to accommodate the number of delegates with bedroom reservations.
3. Offer 1 and Offer 2 are available for new meeting requests only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. The meeting must be booked from 1st of September to 31 December, 2015 (for IHG Business Reward Bonus Points the meeting must be booked from 1 September to 30 November, 2015) and consumed by 31 January, 2016.
4. All components of the Offer 1 and Offer 2 are subject to availability at participating hotels in Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
5. To access the Offer 1 and Offer 2 the meeting planners must quote ‘Meetings Options’ when making a request for proposal. A request for proposal can be made by contacting the participating hotels directly.
6. All components of the Offer 1 and Offer 2 are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed in cash.
7. Offer 1 and Offer 2 include:a. Meeting room hire for 1 room for the main meeting; water in the main meeting room throughout the meeting;
2 coffee breaks consisting of tea/coffee/soft drinks and Culinary Ambassador menu light snacks; 1 lunch (buffet or working lunch) including water and soft drinks. There is a maximum limit for each menu item.
b. Free internet access will be provided to all delegates participating in the meeting on the particular day(s) for the duration of the meeting and is subject to fair usage. Internet connection may be wireless or require a wired connection, and will be available in the meeting room(s), guest rooms and other areas of the hotel, subject always to the availability of relevant facilities within each participating hotel.
c. A 10% discount on post-event drinks for delegates only consisting of local wine, local beer and soft drinks selected by the hotel for the max duration of 60 minutes, to be consumed the hotel bar.
d. IHG® Business Rewards Bonus Points Promotion: In order to Participate in the IHG Business Rewards Promotion you must be an IHG® Business Rewards

Member and have accepted the Programme Terms and Conditions (ihg.com/businessrewards), and registered your Membership number to this Promotion. Member will earn 500 IHG Business Rewards bonus points for Registering to the Promotion. 8. Offer 1 – Day Meeting Offer 1 also consists of 2 components from options below, to be selected by the meetings planner redeeming the Offer:a. Special Rate for guest room requirements (less than 9 rooms) is available for individual bookings.b. Arrival tea & coffee served with chef’s choice item is available on the day of the meeting when a day
meeting packaged is confirmed, minimum numbers apply.c. Complimentary valet parking is applicable for the conference booker or nominated person on the day
of meeting only.d. Next meeting at the same rate is applicable for a second meeting taking place at the same hotel by
31 December, 2016.e. A 10% credit for a second meeting booking based on net total meeting revenue (excluding 3rd party
incidental spends and all taxes) invoiced pursuant to the Offer after the relevant meeting (“Credit”). The Credit is only applicable for a second meeting taking place at the same hotel by 30 June, 2016. The Credit is non-transferable, nonredeemable for cash, may be applied to bedroom or meeting rooms and will be deducted from final invoice of the second meeting. Credit not used by 30 June, 2016 shall be forfeited.
9. Offer 2 – Residential Meeting Offer 2 also consists of 2 components from options below, to be selected by the meetings planner redeeming the Offer:a. Complimentary bedroom per night for every 30 bedrooms booked pursuant to the Offer and paid
for on the master bill, up to a maximum of 4 complimentary bedrooms per night. The cost of any

complimentary bedrooms will be deducted from the final invoice.b. Complimentary upgrades are offered based on the total bedrooms booked pursuant to the Offer 2 and
paid for on the master bill.c. Special attrition allowance:
1. A 30% attrition allowance is granted for reservations of up to 50 bedrooms per night 30 days prior to arrival of the first days meeting.
2. A 20% attrition allowance is granted for reservations of between 51 to 100 bedrooms per night 30 days prior to arrival of the first days meeting.
3. Full cancellation fees for remaining rooms apply thereafter.d. A 10% credit for a second meeting booking based on net total meeting revenue (excluding 3rd party
incidental spends and all taxes) invoiced pursuant to the Offer after the relevant meeting (“Credit”). The Credit is only applicable for a second meeting taking place at the same hotel by 30 June, 2016. 10. Bribery and Corruption Participation in the Offer and the awarding of incentives are void when prohibited by law, including without limitation UK and US anti-bribery and corruption laws. The Account Holder is responsible for ensuring that its receipt of any benefits pursuant to this Offer is permitted by the Account Holder’s employer’s internal policies/guidelines on the receipt of incentives and applicable taxation policies. Some employers, by policy, may prohibit or restrict employee participation in the Offer and [IHG] assumes no responsibility or liability for compliance with such policies.
