Per questo possiede una grande conoscenza nella gestione del bosco, nella lavorazione e nell’utilizzo del legno. XLAM DOLOMITI CONSTRUCTION was born and grew up in Trentino, where the tradition of working with timber has been handed down for generations. L’appartenenza al Gruppo Paterno di XLAM COSTRUCTION rappresenta una garanzia di solidità finanziaria ma soprattutto di una realtà imprenditoriale dinamica con una visione trasversale del business che parte dalla guida commerciale e pratica dei punti vendita ad insegna Eurobrico e CasaTua, alle iniziative di strategia e sviluppo di grandi aree commerciali con i centri commerciali Grifone e Le Valli e le iniziative turistiche delle Funivie Lagorai.

Ogni unità di business ha alla base una gestione imprenditoriale di tipo misto, dove una famiglia effettua con rapidità le decisioni strategiche mentre la traduzione operativa spetta ad un affiatato gruppo dirigente. Il focus delle attività è Eurobrico, attività di vendita su grandi superfici di prodotti per la casa e il fai da te. Attorno ad essa gravitano le attività immobiliari con l’egida del marchio Euroimmobiliare e quelle logistiche rappresentate da Eurotransport, con l’obiettivo di fornire il necessario supporto strutturale e operativo. Il forte senso di appartenenza al territorio ha visto la concretizzazione di iniziative importanti sia nel settore agricolo con la società Maso Paterno, una realtà produttiva organizzata secondo criteri avanzati nel rispetto del territorio che nel campo turistico con le Funivie Lagorai, stazione sciistica moderna dotata di strutture di accoglienza e ristorazione oltre che di gestione di servizi turistico-sportivi.

L’attenzione alle sempre mutevoli dinamiche commerciali ha sempre permesso al gruppo Paterno di anticipare il mercato investendo nella costruzione di grandi superfici commerciali di vendita con il centro commerciale Grifone a Bassano del Grappa e il centro Le Valli a Borgo Valsugana. Iniziative promosse e gestite direttamente dal Gruppo Paterno nella fase di analisi di fattibilità, nella progettazione e realizzazione del cantiere fino alla gestione commerciale degli spazi realizzati.

La voglia di intraprendere sempre nuove e continue sfide commerciali ha visto oggi la nascita di una nuova insegna CasaTua che propone la vendita su grandi superfici di elementi d’arredo, con l’obiettivo di offrire un servizio completo al Cliente finale che puo’ avere una casa costruita XLAM DOLOMITI, arredarla con CasaTua e completarla con tutti gli elementi e accessori commercializzati da Eurobrico.

XLAM CONSTRUCTION’S membership of the Paterno Group is a guarantee both of financial soundness and that we are part of a dynamic team with a comprehensive view of our business, which extends from commercial and practical retail management under the Eurobrico and CasaTua trademarks, through to the strategy and development of initiatives on large retail sites, in the malls of Grifone and Le Valli and the tourism ventures of the Funivie Lagorai ski area.

Every business unit has a mixed management base, where one family takes swift strategic decisions while operations are assigned to a well-oiled management group.The focus of the activities is Eurobrico, with its large-surface retail stores of homes and DIY products. Around it gravitate real-estate activities under the auspices of the Euroimmobiliare property brand, and the logistics services of Eurotransport, aiming to provide the necessary structural and operational support.

The strong sense of belonging to the region has seen the implementation of noteworthy projects both in the agricultural sector, with Maso Paterno, a production company organized to advanced criteria in respect of the area, and in the tourist sector, with Funivie Lagorai, a modern ski resort equipped with hospitality and catering facilities and the management of tourism-sports facilities (cable car).

The attention to the ever-changing business dynamics has always allowed the Paterno group to anticipate market trends by investing in the construction of large retail sales areas: the Grifone shopping mall at Bassano del Grappa, and the Le Valli mall at Borgo Valsugana.Initiatives promoted and managed directly by the Paterno Group, both at the feasibility-study stage and in the design and creation of the site, through to the commerce management of the spaces after completion.

The desire to consistently take up new business challenges has brought about the new CasaTua brand stores, which offer large retail surfaces to propose home furnishings, with the goal of offering a complete service to end customers, who can own a house built by XLAM DOLOMITI, furnish it with CasaTua, and complete it with the items and accessories sold by Eurobrico.
