Crispy chicken walnut crustingredients:
cup breadcrumbs
tp ground cayenne pepper
Salt tp
cup toasted walnuts
1 egg white
Dijon mustard 1 tp
4 pieces chicken thighs
Salt and pepper
Grind the walnuts and breadcrumbs fineness
In a bowl mix bread crumbs, cayenne pepper and salt
In a separate bowl, beat together egg whites with mustard (can use other than directly Dijon)
Mixture of breadcrumbs add walnuts and mix
Roll them in egg, chicken thigh
Then roll them in the breadcrumbs walnut-mass
Layered greased glass baking dish for 30 minutes-225 C
Crispy exterior, but the inside juicy Galin!
