Cyberbullying is a form of digital harassment which has potentially serious consequences for youths’ health. CREEP aims at preventing the possible negative impacts of cyberbullying on young people. It seeks to develop advanced technologies for the early detection of cyberbullying phenomena through the monitoring of social media and the communication

of preventive advices and personalised recommendations tailored to adolescents’ needs through a virtual coaching system (chatbot).

• The activity leader FBK sets up the web crawling, develops the virtual coach and tests the technology through a living lab approach

• Expert System and Neuronation will develop the go-to-market strategy

• Inria and FBK, in concert with Expert Systems, refine the existing technologies for social media monitoring and semantic analysis

• The University of Trento assesses technical, legal, social and organisational issues and coordinates the survey to assess the phenomenon.
