2 Main Body 2.1 Objectives to be resolved

Specific What Creation of an active social network for creative individuals to facilitate access to projects, provide legal umbrella and connect them to enterprise and funds. Why Because creative individuals can't establish functional creative connections, have no legal umbrella nor possibility to effectively connect with other creative individuals from the region. Who A group of managers and creative workers in Belgrade, Serbia Where Serbia and the region

Measurable 30 Realized creative projects 5000 users

Attainable Technology has already significantly decreased the gap between major productions and independent projects in their ability to produce high production value. Knowledge, contacts, marketing and distribution are already available across national borders. Equipment necessary for high quality production is available. We intend to tap this potential. Majors are no longer the only avenue for creative expression. This can enable artists to connect across the borders and operate outside ineffective mainstream frameworks.

Relevant This is the right time for the project because there is a huge potential in ideas and untapped power of creative individuals in the region while technology to connect them has never been so readily available.

Time-related End of 2015 is projected deadline for initial goal and metrics. The scalability and IT nature of the project allows for continual long term growth in project scale, geographical coverage and assortment of services provided.

2.2 The problem description: Background of the problem/ the problem today/ the problem in future;

Although inspiration is universal - the means to distribute and create most creative works are not.

There is no clear, sustainable, up to date answer for any creative endeavor to the question: "what do I need to do to see this through?"

The existing mainstream framework will never provide the necessary knowledge and services available on its own. Personal view; Having personally conceived and developed (to varied extent) a large number of ideas for various media - I found myself without a door to knock on My personal ideas alone can employ dozens of people for years and provide for great revenue to the investors - yet all of this is idly waiting for a system that can provide for the means and regulations so that I could simply perform my job as a film director. By simple means of non-systematic personal networking I have discovered hundreds of individuals and projects with both value and commercial qualities. Years of research revealed no system that covers this. Quality specialists that can solve these obstacles mostly dare not commit, in spite of having a lot of good will, because the basic business framework is not existent. The wasted potential is enormous. I believe that even a small part of ideas that I have seen languishing can easily change the world.

Possible ways of solving the problem. By streamlining the processes of building business intelligence and talent scouting, effectively covering for a lack of a regional artist syndicate

If we could see the technology educate, guide and connect them - we could see Creatio help level the gap between them and their mainstream counterparts. Wherever the ideas turn up. A true game changer.
